Reliability with the Latitude and Sport
When you schedule a test drive at our Jane, MO car dealership, we’ll show you two of the basic 2020 Jeep Compass trims, the Sport and Latitude. Each comes standard with front-wheel drive and the Uconnect ® 4 system with a 7-inch display. This system allows you to connect your devices via Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. These models also include safety features like Electronic Stability Control and a rear back-up camera.
The Sport is equipped with the 2.4-liter I4 MultiAir engine with 6-speed manual transmission, and it comes with 16-inch silver-painted aluminum wheels and all-season tires. It’s a simple model that has the potential to take you on great adventures.
The Latitude uses the 2.4-liter Zero Evap MultiAir engine with ESS and 6-speed automatic transmission. It’s similar to the Sport model, but it comes with 17-inch aluminum wheels. These are two great base models with the reliability you can count on.
Enhanced Features on the Altitude and High Altitude
Both the 2020 Jeep Compass Altitude and High Altitude have the 2.4L Zero Evap engine with 6-speed automatic transmission. The Altitude model comes with many of the same features as the Sport and Latitude, except that it has standard 18-inch aluminum wheels.
The High Altitude sits a little higher with 19-in satin granite aluminum wheels. It has more enhanced features than the previous models, including the Uconnect 4C NAV with an 8.4-inch display and 4-way power lumbar adjustable seats. GPS navigation also comes standard in the Uconnect system on the High Altitude. This gives you a lot more connectivity and security on the road.
You can also add the available ParkSense® Rear Park-Assist system on the High Altitude to remain aware of your surroundings as you park.
Upgrade to the Limited or Trailhawk
The 2020 Jeep Compass is also available in some upgraded trims. The Jeep Compass Limited drives with the 2.4L Zero Evap MultiAir engine, 18-inch polished aluminum wheels, and all-season tires for a more efficient and powerful drive. With this model, you also get access to the 8.4-inch infotainment display with GPS navigation available.
Upgrade this model to include the available Full-Speed Collision Warn Plus and Lane Departure Warning Plus, which work to prevent accidents.
The Compass Trailhawk is designed to give you more durability and flexibility for off-roading. It’s equipped with the 2.4L Tigershark® engine that’s capable of reaching up to 180 horsepower and 2,000-pound towing capacity. Its Trail Rated® capability means you can remain confident on any terrain.
